Does anyone know if a 1.3 Sr head will fit on a 1.2 s engine??

Pretty sure it will,i know the 1.4 head fits the 1.3 as me and a mate done this to his,and they all esentially the same engine(i think)

Yes it will but it won't give you any extra BHp's.

If you want a few more ponies then stick with a 1.2 head (they are actually considered an upgrade for 1.4's as they flow better) add a 2E3 carb from a 1.3 nova or astra the fit the exhaust manifold and front pipe from a 1.3 SR. Gives about 8-10 Bhp extra!

If you want to go the extra mile then fit a 1.4 camshaft and match the exhaust and inlet manifolds to the head and gaskets. Will mean your 1.2 will beat most SR's! plus chances are its lighter!
