i sold him and engine before christmas and it has took him till now to decide he doesnt want to pay for it ....

1st of may is the deadline for the money and thats it.....

470 is still owing

Payment is under discussion due to the fact the engine isn't in a usable state, both of us agreed it's neither one's fault, one of those things...

Neil thought he'd solved the smoking on idle issue, but it wasn't...

Firstly offered to bring down a replacement turbo..

Then changed this to both of us keeping an eye out for a decent second hand Turbo and he set a limit of £200.00

This then changed again to knocking £200.00 off the price, which I initially agreed to as I had been informed of a company that could replace the seals for £220.00.

Well it was only about 10 minutes ago... Me and Neil were talking on MSN, but as Neil posted this at 2.06pm I haven't got a clue whats going on, Mmm... say one thing, then say change ya mind and say something else rings a bell!)

I have asked for help from Neil in sorting the problem, which he initially refused, but honestly thought we were working towards a solution until I stumbled across this Thread myself.

So Neil, why you not mention this dispute thread then?

Can we sort this, or was the conversation we've just had on MSN a load of tosh?

this was posted this afternoon mate and yes i have spoke to you since and 200 for a second hand turbo is a fair price IMO there is no way im going to refund you 400 for a recon one ....

i refunded you the money to help you get one quicker .....

i never fall out with people i just get the problem sorted......

if the engine was brand new then i would understand....

Thanx for your patience and understanding, and yes as Neil has mentioned... I have had a lot of problems to deal with, financial, personnal etc.

Please close this dispute as it has been concluded...
