I'm gonna get new plates made up from gt grafix.

You can get a message or slogan put on the bottom (approx 25 characters max).

Any ideas? Nothing sad or boy-racer-ish please !!

Surprise Everyone - Get them blank ! When I got the private numberplate for my wife that's what she wanted. Plain White or Yellow standard letters and an almost legal spacing. Looks mighty fine.

My brother in law has '**** Happens' on the back of his volvo estate. Which is quite cool if you've just been cut up by him. (You should see him in rush hour traffic. £500 worth of 7 seat G Reg volvo with mr 'I got screwed at work again' attitude)

But if you have them made in Wales ? then you get round the law.

I've just ordered a new set of number plates from GT Grafix, along with a set of kick plates and some chrome cavweb stickers. I ordered the number plates plain.

How about one of the Vauxhall slogans, like:

"Once driven, forever smitten"
"Raising the standard"
etc etc?

It's a shame GT Grafix don't do trademarks, I'd have really liked to have the vauxhall logo and lettering on the bottom of my plate. :(

I saw a post a few weeks ago about a company doing a 370 bhp conversion kit for the 2.5 V6.

If I ever get round to affording it I might just borrow your Lotus' message !
