Help!! IN NEED OF A FUEL PIPE

Hi,

As the title sates I need a fuel pipe, from the petrol tank to the fuel pump,

I have went to my local Vauxhall dealer they told they have discontinued the item,:cry: I have tried Autovaux to see if they could help me out but couldn't :cry:

If anyone is breaking a cavalier GSI or Calibra redtop 1990 could they PM

you could just just standard fuel pipe i did on mine 2 years ago still fine. the local motor factors near you should have some

Yup, its just 4mm (I think) fuel line... readily available off the shelf. Hell, even Halfrauds sell it

I need to replace a small length of fuel pipe (10cm-15cm) which is perished underneath the drivers footwell. Is it all 4mm under the car?

Not sure, dont quote me on that but 4mm does ring a bell... but whatever the diameter is, is should be the same from front to rear. You could disconnect a fuel line at the rail and measure it, just to be sure.

8mm I beleive if your just ask for injection hosing at the motor factors.

Any idea on price per metre? Is it definitely fuel hose and not standard? Wouldn't have thought Halfords stock fuel hose. You learn something new everyday:lmao:
