OK, could only find the details for the foglight switches, as follows:

FRONT FOGLIGHT SWITCH
Pin 1 - Ground
Pin 2 - Posi to foglights
Pin 3 - Sidelights
Pin 4 - Sidelights
Pin 5 - Ground

So Pin 2 will become live only when there is a feed to pin 3. Pins 4 and 5 are for the switch illumination.

REAR FOGLIGHT SWITCH
Pin 1 - Ground
Pin 2 - Posi to foglights
pin 3 - Sidelights(or ignition if you only want it to work with key turned)
Pin 4 - Pin 3 if you want it to work anytime.

Both types need to be used with relays. Hope this helps.
