I have a spare you can have mate, will bring it with me. Will need rubbing down though as its alittle rusty iirc

i have one thats going down the tip with a pair of gsi front seats in the morning.

The one with the spring? How do you get them off, I have one spare but no idea how to get it off the bonnet lol :bananasmi

Big long bar held onto the front panel with 2 screws that goes into the bonnet to hold it open.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhh had one of them too but scrapped the car already and my Cav bonnet isnt held up by a bonnet stay :bananasmi
